Mail My Meds
An online NHS pharmacy that takes patients from browsing a treatment to discreet next-day delivery at their door.

The problem
Getting a prescription usually means waiting rooms, queues and a trip to the pharmacy. Mail My Meds, a registered UK pharmacy in Newcastle, wanted to move that whole journey online — letting people order both NHS prescriptions and prescriber-approved treatments from home, without losing any of the regulatory rigour a pharmacy is held to.
What we built
We built the platform on Next.js, hosted on Vercel. Patients browse a catalogue of treatments organised by area — men's health, women's health, chronic conditions, general health, sexual health, travel health and wellbeing — or jump straight to an A-Z of treatments and conditions. The core journey is find a treatment, answer a short clinical questionnaire, and have a qualified prescriber review the consultation before anything ships. NHS prescriptions flow through the same door. Everything is wrapped in the compliance a pharmacy needs: GPhC registration, LegitScript certification and MHRA-approved medicines, with patient data protected by strong encryption. Orders are dispatched in plain, non-branded packaging with next-day and express delivery options, free over £50, and checkout supports Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Google reviews are pulled in as social proof.
The outcome
Mail My Meds is live and dispensing across the UK, holding a 4.3 rating on Google with patients citing same and next-day hand delivery, friendly service and a website that's quick and simple to use. The pharmacy is GPhC-registered and LegitScript-certified, with every order handled to regulated patient-safety standards.
“Find your treatment, answer a few questions, and a qualified prescriber checks it's right for you before it ships — no waiting rooms, no queues.”
